THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Thai Yoga Massage (also known simply as Thai Massage) is a form of body work that combines yoga + massage.
In short, it's "the lazy man's yoga"
In long, it is assisted stretching paired with massage, using palms, knees, elbows and feet. This style of massage has less gliding, more sinking into the muscles.
This therapeutic massage provides deep relaxation + stress relief, relieves pain + muscle tension, and balances the body energetically.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
(bring a sweater + socks as your body tends to cool down as it relaxes)
