I teach public yin, restorative and vinyasa classes around Toronto and Etobicoke, Ontario. Classes are designed carefully - intended to be challenging yet supportive, grounding yet uplifting. Practices include aspects of mindfulness and integrate breathing exercises. I carefully curate playlists to help us set the tone of the class, the music moves with us as we flow through our practice.
Just as no two faces are the same, no two bodies are the same. Not every pose works for every body, and its important to honour that. I believe in using the pose to get into the body, rather than using the body to get into the pose.
Moving beyond our thoughts of how we should feel, act or think, and listening to ourselves, as we are, in this moment.
